We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.

The above timeframes apply only to orders shipped to the United States (excluding overseas territories and islands), Canada, Australia using standard shipping.

Most of our orders are processed and shipped within the above timeframes; however, timeframes are approximate and may vary. Some items/orders may take longer to ship and/or deliver. International Orders may take additional days for customs clearance—unfortunately, we cannot influence that process and apologize for any delay.

Large orders (canvases, posters) cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policy does not apply.

When the order is ready to ship, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow the package along the way.


Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order along the way! Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and no information is available, it just means that the carrier has not yet processed your package. When the package is scanned into the system, the tracking event will populate on the tracking page.

If it is past your estimated arrival date, please contact us and we can process it for you.

Address Error

Please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout as we are not responsible if your order is sent to the wrong address.

If you contact the last-mile carrier after the order leaves our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Refund Policy

 

Refund Policy

At joliny.com, we pride ourselves on high customer satisfaction.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you may return new, unused items to Joliny within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Personalized products are made specifically for you and can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipping date (all personalized products are unique and a 20% restocking fee will be charged for these returns). If there is an error on our end, we will replace the item at no charge, or refund the item at no charge.

The following reasons fall under the comprehensive return/exchange policy:

If we sent the wrong order or item, you received a damaged item, the personalization information you provided to us is incorrect, or the product you received was defective, please notify us immediately at support@joliny.com and you will receive a refund or replacement (we accept exchanges).

Return/Exchange of Defective/Damaged Items

  1. If you want to return an item, please send an email to support@joliny.com.
  2. Attach clear pictures of the damaged item and a detailed description of the problem. (No need to return defective or damaged items.)
  3. We will respond within 48 hours and you can choose a refund or request a replacement.
  4. A return label is included in the package. Please send the item back within 10 days.
  5. Extended return period available at certain times of year (e.g., Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas) — returns may be extended to 60 days.

Cancellation Policy

  1. After submitting your order, it enters processing immediately.
  2. Since each item is made to order, production starts right away. To cancel, notify us within 24 hours of purchase.
  3. Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
  4. We process cancellations on the day we receive your request.
  5. To change order details (size, image, name, color, etc.), contact us within 24 hours at support@joliny.com.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval, depending on your credit card or PayPal provider.

Order Questions

When will I receive my order?

Kindly Note: Total Delivery Time = Producing Time + Shipping Time

Joliny orders have an average producing time of 1-3 business days so please be noted when purchasing, especially gift orders.

The amount of time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse and arrive at the local delivery carrier is different depending on the product type and destination country. Shipping time may take from 7-12 business days. So, you will receive your order within 8-15 business days.

My tracking number does not work

You should see tracking events within 48-96 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking events only show up once the shipment was handed over to the local facility.

Note: Some carriers take a longer time for the next information to appear. (Might apply for t-shirts, posters, canvas or mugs orders).
Why is my order tracking not moving?

We understand that it might be frustrating to not get real-time updates on your order's current location. During peak season, it is normal if your package is shipped without tracking information, but you can be assured that your package will be delivered within our committed timeframe. This can be due to (but not limited to) weather incidents, customs clearance, or carrier backlogs.

In case your order is stuck for 10-15 days, please email us via Contact Us, so that the problem can be sorted out as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request order changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our customer service. After this window, most orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be modified.

We use high-quality materials for all our products:

T-shirts: 100% premium cotton (180-200gsm)

Hoodies: 80% cotton, 20% polyester (300gsm)

Posters: 250g matte paper with archival inks

Mugs: Premium ceramic with dishwasher-safe print

How should I care for my products?

Clothing: Machine wash cold with similar colors, tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Iron inside out if needed.

Mugs: Dishwasher safe but hand washing recommended for longer print life.

Posters/Canvas: Frame under glass and avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns for most products (exclusions apply):

- Items must be unused, in original condition with tags

- Buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective

- Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
