Check your email for the shipping confirmation message we sent when your order shipped. The subject line will be "Your Joliny Order Has Shipped".

Click the tracking link in your email (or copy/paste the tracking number into the carrier's website).

View real-time updates about your package's journey. Most carriers update tracking every 24-48 hours.


Tracking FAQs

Why isn't my tracking number working?
It can take 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system. If it's been longer than this, please contact us at support@joliny.com.

My tracking shows "delivered" but I didn't receive my package
First check with neighbors and your mailbox/porch area. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. If still missing after 48 hours, contact your local post office with the tracking number. If unresolved, email us within 30 days.

Why is my package going to the wrong location?
International packages often go through regional sorting centers before final delivery. This is normal. Contact us only if the final destination is incorrect.

How long does tracking take to update?
Tracking typically updates every 24-48 hours. During peak seasons or for international shipments, updates may take longer.

USPS FedEx DHL UPS
  • USPS - Most US domestic orders (3-7 business days)
  • DHL eCommerce - International orders (7-15 business days)
  • UPS - Expedited shipments (2-3 business days)
  • FedEx - Large or heavy items (3-5 business days)
