Refund Policy

At joliny.com, we pride ourselves on high customer satisfaction.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you may return new, unused items to joliny within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products

Personalized products are made specifically for you and can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipping date (all personalized products are unique and a 20% restocking fee will be charged for these returns). If there is an error on our end, we will replace the item at no charge, or refund the item at no charge.

The following reasons fall under the comprehensive return/exchange policy:

We sent the wrong order or item, you received any damaged item, the personalization information you provided to us is not consistent with what you provided, or the product you received was defective in quality, please notify us immediately by emailing support@joliny.com and you will receive a refund or replacement (we accept exchanges).

Return/Exchange of Defective/Damaged Items

  1. If you want to return an item, please send an email to support@joliny.com
  2. Attach clear pictures of the damaged item and a detailed description of the problem. (No need to return defective or damaged items.)
  3. We will respond within 48 hours and you can choose a refund or request a replacement.
  4. To ensure our products and your return package, a return label is included in the package to ensure that your package arrives at the correct address. Please send the item to us within 10 days.
  5. Extended return period. You can extend the return period at certain times of the year, such as Mother's Day, Father's Day or Christmas. (The return date may be delayed to 60 days.)

Cancellation Policy

  1. After submitting your order, your order will enter the processing stage immediately.
  2. Since each item is made to order, we will start production immediately. If you want to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours after placing the order.
  3. Orders can only be cancelled before the item is shipped.
  4. We will process the cancellation on the day we receive your cancellation request.
  5. If you want to change the order information (size, image, name, color, information), we recommend that you contact us within 24 hours. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@joliny.com

Refund Processing Time

Refund processing time may take up to 2 business days from the date the refund is approved, depending on the policy of the credit card or PayPal you used to pay for the order.

joliny reserves the right to modify this policy as needed. We will ensure that any adjustments are communicated in a timely manner and the updates will be posted directly on this page for your convenience and transparency.
