Order Questions
Kindly Note: Total Delivery Time = Producing Time + Shipping Time
Joliny orders have an average producing time of 1-3 business days so please be noted when purchasing, especially gift orders.
The amount of time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse and arrive at the local delivery carrier is different depending on the product type and destination country. Shipping time may take from 7-12 business days. So, you will receive your order within 8-15 business days.
You should see tracking events within 48-96 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking events only show up once the shipment was handed over to the local facility.
We understand that it might be frustrating to not get real-time updates on your order's current location. During peak season, it is normal if your package is shipped without tracking information, but you can be assured that your package will be delivered within our committed timeframe. This can be due to (but not limited to) weather incidents, customs clearance, or carrier backlogs.
You may request order changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our customer service. After this window, most orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be modified.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
If you checked out as a guest, you can use the order lookup tool with your order number and email address.

We use high-quality materials for all our products:
T-shirts: 100% premium cotton (180-200gsm)
Hoodies: 80% cotton, 20% polyester (300gsm)
Posters: 250g matte paper with archival inks
Mugs: Premium ceramic with dishwasher-safe print

Clothing: Machine wash cold with similar colors, tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Iron inside out if needed.
Mugs: Dishwasher safe but hand washing recommended for longer print life.
Posters/Canvas: Frame under glass and avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
We offer 30-day returns for most products (exclusions apply):
- Items must be unused, in original condition with tags
- Buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective
- Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
