We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.

Most of our orders are processed and shipped within the above timeframes. However, the above timeframes are approximate and may vary. Some items/orders may take longer to ship and/or deliver.
International Orders: If the order needs to go through customs, it may take more days. We cannot influence the customs process and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay.
Large orders (canvases, posters) cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policy does not apply.
When the order is ready to ship, a tracking link will be sent to your email so that you can follow the package along the way.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order along the way! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you try to track your package and no information is available, it just means that the carrier has not yet processed your package. When the package is scanned into the system, the tracking event will populate on the tracking page.
If it is past your estimated arrival date, please contact us and we can process it for you.
Address Error
Please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout as we are not responsible if your order is sent to the wrong address.
If you contact the last mile carrier after the order leaves our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.

At joliny.com, we pride ourselves on high customer satisfaction.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you may return new, unused items to joliny within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
Personalized products are made specifically for you and can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipping date (all personalized products are unique and a 20% restocking fee will be charged for these returns). If there is an error on our end, we will replace the item at no charge, or refund the item at no charge.
The following reasons fall under the comprehensive return/exchange policy:
We sent the wrong order or item, you received any damaged item, the personalization information you provided to us is not consistent with what you provided, or the product you received was defective in quality, please notify us immediately by emailing support@joliny.com and you will receive a refund or replacement (we accept exchanges).
Return/Exchange of Defective/Damaged Items
- If you want to return an item, please send an email to support@joliny.com
- Attach clear pictures of the damaged item and a detailed description of the problem. (No need to return defective or damaged items.)
- We will respond within 48 hours and you can choose a refund or request a replacement.
- To ensure our products and your return package, a return label is included in the package to ensure that your package arrives at the correct address. Please send the item to us within 10 days.
- Extended return period. You can extend the return period at certain times of the year, such as Mother's Day, Father's Day or Christmas. (The return date may be delayed to 60 days.)
Cancellation Policy
- After submitting your order, your order will enter the processing stage immediately.
- Since each item is made to order, we will start production immediately. If you want to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours after placing the order.
- Orders can only be cancelled before the item is shipped.
- We will process the cancellation on the day we receive your cancellation request.
- If you want to change the order information (size, image, name, color, information), we recommend that you contact us within 24 hours. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@joliny.com

Refund processing time may take up to 2 business days from the date the refund is approved, depending on the policy of the credit card or PayPal you used to pay for the order.

Joliny orders have an average producing time of 1-3 business days so please be noted when purchasing, especially gift orders.
The amount of time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse and arrive at the local delivery carrier is different depending on the product type and destination country. Shipping time may take from 7-12 business days. So, you will receive your order within 8-15 business days.
You should see tracking events within 48-96 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking events only show up once the shipment was handed over to the local facility.
We understand that it might be frustrating to not get real-time updates on your order's current location. During peak season, it is normal if your package is shipped without tracking information, but you can be assured that your package will be delivered within our committed timeframe. This can be due to (but not limited to) weather incidents, customs clearance, or carrier backlogs.
You may request order changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our customer service. After this window, most orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be modified.

Clothing: Machine wash cold with similar colors, tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Iron inside out if needed.
Mugs: Dishwasher safe but hand washing recommended for longer print life.
Posters/Canvas: Frame under glass and avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
