We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.
Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

Most of our orders are processed and shipped within the above timeframes. However, the above timeframes are approximate and may vary. Some items/orders may take longer to ship and/or deliver.
International Orders: If the order needs to go through customs, it may take more days. We cannot influence the customs process and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay.
Large orders (canvases, posters) cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policy does not apply.
When the order is ready to ship, a tracking link will be sent to your email so that you can follow the package along the way.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order along the way! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you try to track your package and no information is available, it just means that the carrier has not yet processed your package. When the package is scanned into the system, the tracking event will populate on the tracking page.
If it is past your estimated arrival date, please contact us and we can process it for you.
Address Error
Please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout as we are not responsible if your order is sent to the wrong address.
If you contact the last mile carrier after the order leaves our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.
